Hotel is in city center. Sauna is big and can be visited with friends.
Room service knoked our door at 9am - not suitable time for cleaning. however all other time (3 days) no one even tried to clean our room or change towels. Parking 8 euro per day. Internet not free.

The hotel provided excellent customer service, with friendly and helpful staff who were always willing to assist. The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated in the heart of the city, making it convenient for exploring and accessing nearby attractions. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of hot and cold food options, providing a great start to the day.
The hotel had several downsides that need improvement. The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation, lacking basic amenities such as a fridge or kettle.

Myself and my colleague were charged twice on our rooms. It should have been made clear when we checked in that a double room for single occupancy costs as if two people were in the room, which they were not.

The location was great, just a few steps away from a lively bar and restaurant scene. And with a convenient market nearby, we always had access to anything we needed. the breakfast was fantastic as well, offering a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, including fresh fruits and pastries. Lastly, the hotel had a warm and cozy atmosphere that made it a pleasant place to spend our Easter weekend.
Being in a central area meant that it was hard to escape the noise from the busy streets outside.
